[BALI CUISINES] HOLYDUCK PANTAI INDAH KAPUK

Me again on this blog. Now, I'm gonna talking about Bali Cuisines that I found last week at Pantai Indah Kapuk. The restaurant name is HOLYDUCK. It is located at Ruko Crown Golf B 52-56 LVL 2. If you passing through Pantai Indah Kapuk and see The HOLYWINGS banner, you are on the right position to HOLYDUCK. Both are in one building. Let me tell you the fact, HOLYDUCK and HOLYWINGS have the same owner but they are totally different from HOLYSMOKES, HOLYCOW, and HOLYCRAB. It is just a coincidences.

Warm Welcome

A warm welcome comes from the Balinese figures in level 1 before you go upstairs. Very unique in design on the clothes. Coins and rope.

Floor Pattern

I always love art and I love this floor with pattern.

Wall Art

Feel so warm when entering HOLYDUCK at level 2 of HOLYWINGS. Look at the restaurant theme. Wood colours with ethnic touch.

Painting

Satisfy your self with traditional mood by seeing the paint hanging on the wall.

Ambience

I think HOLYDUCK has a "not so wide" space for a restaurant. But they are good on arrangement.

Very Ethnic

They also have a ethnic thing like this unique lamp.

1. Sate Bebek Gilimanuk (IDR 35K)

Duck Satay

Duck Satay with an Authentic Balinese Seasoning and served with "sambal kecap" and matah sauce. HOLYDUCK is the first restaurant who has this satay menu. These satay are grilled perfectly and merge deliciously on ingredients. It's tangy sweet and not so spicy (I expect the spicy one) and easy to bite. Also the sprinkles of fried onion which make the aroma getting stronger.

2. Lumpia Bebek (IDR 27.5K)

Duck Spring Rolls

Call it Duck Spring Roll. The perfect combination of duck meat and vegetables inside. Served awesomely with peanut sauce and combrong sauce. I enjoyed every bite. Crispy, not so oily, and very good in presentation, so you can see what is inside of a spring roll.

3. Urap Bali (IDR 17.5K)

Urap Bali

Signature of Balinese Cuisine's vegetable with grated coconut and Authentic Balinese Seasoning. My number one list on vegetables menu of HOLYDUCK. The bean sprout is so fresh and its rich taste comes from grated old coconut.

3. Plecing Kangkung (IDR 22.5K)

Water Spinach

Mixed of boiled water spinach and Plencing Sauce with additional fried peanut. I'd prefer the stir-fry one. The plencing has to be stronger against its water spinach.

4. Bebek Pelalah Bali (IDR 75K)

Shredded Fried Duck

Shredded fried duck with Authentic Balinese Seasoning and served with rice. One hundred percent delicious. The shredded is so soft in every bites inside my mouth.

5. Ayam Bakar Taliwang (IDR 68K)

Taliwang Taste

Besides Duck, HOLYDUCK also has a chicken menus. This is a grilled chicken with Taliwang taste. Prepared with rice, Plecing Kangkung, and Authentic Balinese Sambal Sauce. Nothing special on this menu. It is just same as the common chicken menu. For HOLYDUCK, Duck is No. 1. But, its meat is so tender and a bit pricy.

6. I Nyoman Manas (IDR 28K)

Summer Sensation

Mix of Lychee, Orange, Pineapple, and Passion  Fruit. This summer sensation is suitable for freshness seeker.

7. Ineman Ketut (IDR 28K)

Sexy Dark Pink

This beautiful sexy dark pink drink is made from dragon fruit, mint leaves, strawberry, and soda water. Fresh yet healthy.

Overall, I give 8/10 for HOLYDUCK. I feel so comfort of its ambience. They are also great in creating a high quality food. I highly recommend HOLYDUCK for your next food stop and they still have others menu you can crave to.
